General Assembly

The General Assembly consists of all registered members who meet the conditions for membership and represents the supreme authority.

Functions of the General Assembly

Approval of the statute and its amendment
Election of the Executive Committee
Approval of the session letter and the revised budget
Determining the value of registration fees and membership subscriptions
Establishing and approving general policies regulating work
Leave annual work plans or for specified periods
General Assembly Meetings

A/ The General Assembly shall convene once a year in the presence of the General Registrar or his representative.
b/ The general assembly convenes exceptionally at a request signed by two thirds of the members of the general assembly or at the invitation of the executive committee.
c/ The legal quorum is by an absolute majority (50% + 1) of its membership.
